You should use DebateHarbor only if you can form a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you and can use the service responsibly.
User conduct
You may not post unlawful, abusive, defamatory, threatening, hateful, misleading, or manipulative content. You also may not attempt to interfere with the platform, abuse reports, or evade moderation or account restrictions.
Community voting and rankings

Third-party content and embedded media
DebateHarbor may link to or embed third-party content, including publicly available media. That content remains subject to the terms, policies, and controls of the original platform or provider.
Profiles, bios, and public information
DebateHarbor may display public-facing information about speakers, debates, and related topics. If you believe profile content about you is inaccurate or should be updated, you may contact DebateHarbor for review.
User content
If you submit comments, reports, or other content, you remain responsible for what you post and for making sure you have the right to share it.
Content moderation
DebateHarbor may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or ban users when needed to protect the service, enforce these Terms, or respond to abuse, safety, or legal concerns.
No guarantee of uninterrupted service
DebateHarbor may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. Availability, accuracy, and uptime are not guaranteed.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DebateHarbor is provided on an as-is and as-available basis and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of the service.
